Fresh air is supplied through a separate compressed-air line connected directly at the head section. Pressure-equalising valves, an integrated waist belt, a precise control valve and a noise reducer are part of the technical equipment.
The material is flame-retardant and permanently antistatic, reducing ignition risks in explosive atmospheres. The large panoramic visor gives a wide, clear field of vision.
Typical applications are the chemical industry, emergency and hazardous-materials teams, refineries and petrochemicals, waste management and decontamination units.
